In-Person Cooking Class: Fallin’ for Falafel at Galveston College
Fall in love with baked falafel in a warm pita with tzatziki sauce. Chef Paul Mendoza will teach you how to make falafel from scratch and tzatziki.

Students will take home new recipes, eat a varied menu of delicious dishes & share a laid back 1.5 hours with food loving folks. Chef Paul will be leading us in recipes for:

Falafel

Tzatziki sauce

About Chef Paul Mendoza

Chef Paul is the Program Director of the Culinary Arts Program at Galveston College, as well as an instructor.

Location: Galveston College, 4015 Avenue Q, Galveston, TX 77550

Cost: $5. We appreciate you contributing!

If you are a SNAP or WIC client, you can use SNAP or WIC at checkout to attend the class for FREE!

Max 10 people can attend! Register to reserve your spot.
