Their pizza is amazing, baked inside a custom wood-fired oven. Its set at 900 degrees and requires just about 90 seconds. The resulting pizzas are thin and bursting with flavor. The menu includes beers from local Galveston Island Brewery as well as Devil and the Deep Brewery.
