Salsa’s Mexican Restaurant of Galveston Island opened in January 1998 and it has been a hit with locals and visitors alike ever since. Located on Seawall Boulevard, Salsa’s has plenty of parking, an amazing view of the Gulf, great food presented with great service.
At Salsa’s you’ll find a bright and colorful atmosphere. The menu offers the usual Mexican fare and every party seated gets the traditional chips and salsa. Popular dishes are the Red Snapper Del Mar, yummy garlic butter shrimp, as well as the always expected fajitas combo plates and fish tacos.
Some unique specialties are the Chipotle Enchilada, Stuffed Shrimp Jalapenos, or the Big Burrito. Don’t forget to start off with the appetizer of Messy Nachos and enjoy on of Salsa’s award winning margaritas as seen in Texas Monthly and the Galveston Daily News for “Best Mexican Restaurant” and “Best Margarita.”
Salsa’s in Galveston also has the room to accommodate your larger gatherings and groups. The beautiful banquet room overlooks gorgeous waves of the Gulf of Mexico. They also have catering services for any type of gathering around the island.
