Galveston Webcams - Live Views List

You can watch live Galveston webcams from all over Galveston Island. There are numerous live webcams of the beach along the Seawall, and quite a few by the ship channel too. Personally we love to pull up the surf cam at 61st Street Fishing Pier and see what the waves are doing – especially when storms roll into the gulf.

This live webcam on the seawall is sponsored by ABC-13, with a view of the waves and the beach. Press play to start the video feed, then enjoy the view!

Murdoch’s Galveston Live Cam View

When the camera is pointed toward the southwest view, you get a clear view of Murdoch’s as well as Galveston’s Pleasure Pier. If there is a parade, event, or even a lot just traffic on a busy day – there is plenty to see at this intersection. The location is 22nd and Seawall Boulevard.

Murdoch’s is a fun place to shop for beach decor or gifts. It’s also a great place to sit and relax. You can enjoy a frozen cocktail and relax for a while in the comfy rocking chairs overlooking the surf! The store is always clean, welcoming and and well maintained.

Galveston Cruise Cam

According to the official Port of Galveston website, the port currently operates three cruise terminals for several different cruises including Carnival Cruise Line, Disney Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Royal Caribbean Cruises. You can check out the current and future cruise schedules on the website also.

Many of the cruise ships feature captain’s eye views from a live cruise cam right on board so you get a the absolute best experience of the ship embarking or returning to the port. Each cruise line operates the onboard cameras on their own website. Sometimes you can follow along from the Galveston.com webcam as it follows the cruise ship out to the ship channel.

You can watch visitors arriving by cruise ship on a live webcam view right on the cruise ship dock. The camera is situated on top of the Harbor House Hotel which provides a perfect view of docked cruise ships as well as incoming ships.

Port of Galveston Webcam

The Port of Galveston is the fourth most popular U.S. cruise port, and is the only homeport in Texas. The port welcomed more than a million cruise passengers in 2019. The port is also one of the busiest cargo ports in Texas, typically moving more than 4 million tons of cargo per year. The Galveston port webcam overlooks the cruise port and Galveston Channel.
