Galvestonite Bistro

galvestonite

Galvestonite Bistro is another welcomed newcomer to Galveston’s West End. Actually located in Jamaica Beach, the restaurant offers casual dining with exceptional food choices and good drinks from the bar. They have a couple of interesting choices for Margaritas! The Crab Puppies (Hush puppies stuff with crab) sound delicious!

They have a straightforward menu with appetizers, burgers, salads and a couple of seafood choices. They also serve up crawfish in season. So far they are getting great reviews about the atmosphere, service, and food. It’s nice to see more choices on the west end, so be sure to support them and other west end startups!

“We absolutely loved it! They treated us so well (during a CRAZY busy time). We ordered 3 lbs of their crawfish and man was it good! We are new Galveston locals and will definitely be back to try more from their menu. “

“Didn’t know it, but we attended the soft opening, limited menu- but super glad we did! The night we were there they had burgers that were cooked perfectly and honestly probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Servers were helpful and friendly and we do plan to come back and try more of their menu while we’re in town. If you’re debating on trying this place out you should just go!”

“Found this restaurant when we were just out Looking for someplace to stop for for dinner. We ordered burgers, tacos, chicken sandwich, and seared tuna. All of our orders were delicious. The burgers and chicken sandwich were served on a soft ciabatta roll. They were served with fries that were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The tacos were great. The seared tuna was perfectly cooked. Our server was very helpful and our food was served quickly.”
