Jimmy’s on the Pier

Jimmy’s on the Pier is a restaurant and bar that is located on a pier above the crashing waves of the Gulf of Mexico. They serve breakfast on the weekend, and have burgers, seafood dishes, great appetizers and salads. With a full bar, they also have great drinks. Dine indoors or sit outside right over the water.
After your meal, stroll out to the end of the pier where you are very likely to see people reeling in their next catch.
Jimmy’s is located on the west end of Galveston Island and they have a small gift shop and coffee bar available as well.
Nick’s Kitchen and Beach Bar

Nick’s is located next door Gaido’s is a more casual version of the same great seafood selections with a huge beer selection.

Salsa’s Mexican Restaurant of Galveston Island is a locally owned and operated Mexican restaurant that opened in 1998. It is located directly on the seawall right across from the gulf.
At Salsa’s has a bright and colorful building with great mexican dishes served with chips and salsa. A few of the more popular dishes are the Red Snapper Del Mar, yummy garlic butter shrimp, as well as the always expected fajitas, combo plates and fish tacos.
A couple of specialties you might like are Stuffed Shrimp Jalapenos, the Chipotle Enchilada, Big Burrito or Messy Nachos appetizers.
